Our Team
CRM is not necessarily about automating or speeding up existing operational processes; rather, it's about developing and optimizing methodologies to intelligently manage customer relationships.

Ideas are one thing. Execution is another. Customer Systems sets itself apart by understanding full-circle how CRM is defined, developed, implemented, and expanded. Through the successful implementation of numerous solutions for our clients, our veteran management team has a proven track record of customer satisfaction and professional integrity.

It’s CRM that works.

Tim Agersea > Managing Partner

Tim Agersea has been supporting and implementing complex CRM projects for the last ten years. Tim first started working with sales and marketing projects at SalesLogix Corporation (now held by Sage Software). As the Vice President of Development for Customer Systems, Tim leads the services team, working with both standard languages and proprietary systems. He is a master of SQL, and employees frequently bring customers to sit beside him and be awed by his ability and speed. Tim is a certified Sage SalesLogix, Sage CRM, and MS CRM consultant. He is also a member of the Technical Advisory Board for Sage.

His unique combination of technical skill and ability to relate to the user community makes him a hot resource on any project.

In his spare time, Tim plays a mean guitar and likes going on long distance bike rides with his wife Stacy.

Chris Lee > Managing Partner

As a certified consultant in SalesLogix, ACT!, Infusion Software, MS CRM and Salesforce.com, Chris finds himself in high demand. He excels at business analysis and has been helping customers select and deploy software solutions they can actually use for the last seven years. Starting in software as a trainer, he’s a master of systems, but still understands the needs of the end user. As a former General Manager at a 530 bed hospital and acute care center, he understands management’s need for immediately accessible information and accurate reporting.

Chris’ ability to see the ‘big’ picture and do all the ‘little’ things right on a day to day basis makes him a clutch player on the CSI management team.

Chris and his wife Heather enjoy searching for the perfect meal with their daughters, Marina and Sienna

Nathan Agersea > Software Specialist

Need help figuring out what product to choose or where to take a first date? A former Sage SalesLogix employee, Nathan is an expert on CRM and other matters close to our hearts. He is a certified developer for Salesforce.com, SageCRM, and SalesLogix. He brings his Sales and Marketing expertise when identifying the perfect fit for our clients. Watch out for him on the sand volley ball court though; you won’t find him as helpful when playing against him in a doubles match!

Jeff Crawford > Software Specialist

Jeff is a master developer of SalesLogix with over 12 years experience and certifications in LAN development and Engineering and web development. Jeff was one of the first-ever technical support people at Sage SalesLogix. A former raver, if you need to know the difference between downtempo and Trip-hop, Jeff is your guy!

Heather Lee > Office Manager/Accounts

Heather crunches our numbers and manages the green stuff. A native Australian, Heather makes a mean sausage roll and knows that Fosters is not real beer. Contact her for any invoicing issues or if you just want to hear her say g’day.

Jennifer Carnie > Bench

Jenny started training computer software classes at the ripe old age of 21. She was thrown into the CRM/SFA community writing and training certification courses for consultants. She quickly moved on to sales engineering and later product management. As one of the founders of CSI, she now gets to do what she likes best, managing projects through completion, wearing many hats along the way.

Her ability to understand the needs of users, and work side by side with development to come up with usable and cost-effective solutions, keeps her calendar busy.

Jenny enjoys racking up her family’s frequent flyer points traveling to exotic locations.
