This has been a long time coming. At CSI, we’ve been participating in social for many years. Yet because we were too busy being busy, we never made the time to blog.

Shame on us!

With this site relaunch (updated content still to come), there really is no excuse for us not to share  content with you that we think you might find useful.

Our previous website was commissioned and built right as we found Meatball Sundae by Seth Godin (sometime in 2007 we think). Right as we were rolling it out, we knew we were missing the boat and that it needed to be on a CMS.

Only 7 years late!

We will do our best to provide value from this day forward.
